ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This popular pizza chain began in 1978 just outside Toledo, OH and has grown to be the No. 8 pizza chain in the country. For nearly 15 years, we’ve partnered with Marco’s to provide many of its near 1,000 franchise locations the best in commercial kitchen equipment and planning services. Completed in 2014, the test kitchen featured below is located inside Marco’s University at its global headquarters in Toledo. This kitchen provides an opportunity for franchisees to get hands-on training as well as a laboratory for the pizza giant to test out recipes for potential menu items.
